A fews years back when business was slow I started looking for a way to make some extra income. I  took a look at what was out on the marked and started researching what it would cost to manufacture the rails. Thats when I build my first set of rails for my machine. As you can see from my Ebay store I have been expanding my product catalog to include all types of holders for the Wire EDM.
My main objective is to provide a quality product at an affordable price.
This is a custom built Rail system to fit your Wire EDM machine (all parts made in the
3 to 6 week delivery time (time very based on number of orders)
Rails only (will include 2 stops)
(2) Rails (dimensions based on table size) (1.0" thick  X  2.35”wide  X 22”(x axis table size))
(the Lip dimension is .100 thick and .150 deep)
(2) stops for front side / back side
(4) M5 SHCS
all parts are made with 420 stainless steel and hardened to 45-55 RC (unless specified)
Socket Head Cap Screws(SHCS) are stainless (cap screw size may very based on what your machine uses)
Main Rails are precision ground +/-.0002" flat/parallel.
There are  slots located on the rail for easy pick up of work piece.
