Co. 1965 Mattel.  Includes boat, figure in costume, surf board, wave, goggles, brush and comb.  The figure is approx. 3" H.  Marked Japan.  Item is pre-owned and has some blue discoloring on her back (Refer to photos).  The boat has some damage.  Sold AS IS.
