In the event of non-payment of any outstanding invoice, the Purchaser agrees to pay late fees of 1% per month for any outstanding balance that is overdue, including all collection, legal, and court costs incurred to recover any outstanding debt owed by the Purchaser to SELLER . This agreement is to be interpreted according to the laws of the state of Ohio.

Buyer agrees to fully and promptly cooperate with any insurance claim process for item loss or damage.  This includes releasing the item to the insurance company or seller, taking detailed photos to show damage.  In the event of loss, waiting at least 45 days (60 days in Italy) plus seller handling time, plus additional days depending on region and holidays before requesting a refund.
