Return Policy:
We value our customers and want to provide the best service possible. We will gladly take any returns or exchanges on an item within 30 days of purchase based on the following conditions:
The item was not what you were looking for
You no longer need it
The item was defective
The item arrived damaged

Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded based on the following conditions:

Please note that normal wear and tear is not eligible for refund or exchange. So please make sure that the item you are returning is in the condition you received it in along with original packaging. If there is any indication that an item is being returned used, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied.
Return Policy for Customized Products:
Customized products are not eligible for refund, but are eligible for exchange based on the following conditions:
There is an error in the text of the stamp/embosser, The stamp/embosser is not working properly
Any other return authorization for customized products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If the customized item you receive contains errors due to our negligence, we will pay for the return shipping.
Shipping and handling charges for customized products are not refundable.

We aim to ship the next working day from receipt of payment using Royal Mail 2nd class service, we offer a next day delivery service before 1pm at an additional cost please select this service at the time of checkout if required. Please note orders placed on a Friday will usually not be processed until the following Monday except in peak times. Any lost items, we will report directly to Royal Mail after 10 working days from the dispatch date, providing them with the delivery address which we will ask you to confirm first.
Royal Mail will then contact you directly, you must return and sign the simple declaration form in a pre paid envelope which they will provide, once they have confirmed this has been received we will then issue a full refund or replacement. International Postage & Delivery, next working day dispatch via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked, we can also combine postage if you require more than one item, please contact us for more details.
