Conta & Boehme Hand Painted Bisque Porcelain 15 Inch Renaissance Lady Figurine
Nice large hand painted bisque porcelain figurine of a Renaissance era lady in a blue gown with blue and pink floral designs. She has a blue hat with blue and pink feathers, a pink capelet, pink necklace, and pink purse with a dagger. Blue and white base with Rococo scrollwork. With small white bead detailing to her dress. Marked with an impressed Conta & Boehme shield and impressed a number 6 A. The Conta & Bohme Porcelain Identification and Value guide gives the dates for the impressed mark was around 1840/1845 to 1891
Has some minor loss to the small white beads, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
Measures approximately 6 1/4 inches wide x 14 7/8 inches tall.
